Welcome to AssetLaunch, the marketplace for reliable professionals. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms govern your access to and use of the AssetLaunch platform, and form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and AssetLaunch.
By registering an account or otherwise providing information to AssetLaunch, you acknowledge and agree that all data, content, and personal information submitted by you becomes the property of AssetLaunch. AssetLaunch will manage this data responsibly and in accordance with its Privacy Policy, but retains full rights to store, analyse, process, and use the data for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the platform.
We are committed to handling your data securely and ethically, and will never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
AssetLaunch is designed to facilitate professional connections between Clients (organisations or consultancies seeking resources) and Candidates (contractors or consultants offering services). Where a connection between a Client and a Candidate is facilitated in any manner through the AssetLaunch platform—including but not limited to profile views, additions to a cart or favourites list, search result exposure, or communication facilitated by AssetLaunch—any resulting engagement or commercial relationship must be conducted through the AssetLaunch platform or under a separate agreement issued by AssetLaunch.
You agree not to engage in any activity intended to circumvent the platform or its processes, including entering into independent contractual arrangements with other users that exclude AssetLaunch where AssetLaunch was the source of the introduction. Breach of this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or legal action.
If a Client and a Candidate are connected via the AssetLaunch platform, whether through direct interaction, viewing of profiles, or facilitated referral, they shall not enter into any direct business or commercial arrangement outside of the platform for a period of six (6) months from the date of initial contact.
This restriction is intended to preserve the integrity and value of the AssetLaunch service and applies regardless of whether the engagement involves the same role or scope discussed through the platform. Any attempts to bypass this condition will be treated as a breach of these Terms, and AssetLaunch reserves the right to seek remedy or damages as appropriate.
All users must ensure that the information provided to AssetLaunch is accurate, complete, and current. This includes personal and professional details, qualifications, availability, and any other data used to represent yourself or your organisation on the platform.

AssetLaunch reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate user access to the platform at its sole discretion, without notice, in the event of:
Decisions regarding account suspension or termination are final. Users whose accounts are terminated for breach of these Terms are not entitled to re-register without written permission.
AssetLaunch acts solely as a platform provider and does not guarantee uninterrupted access, successful engagements, or any particular outcome from use of the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AssetLaunch shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting from:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AssetLaunch, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another person or entity.
AssetLaunch manages all user data in compliance with its published Privacy Policy, which outlines our approach to data collection, storage, and sharing. Candidate contact information (such as phone numbers and email addresses) is not visible to Clients unless and until an engagement request is initiated through the platform.
All communication between users is subject to monitoring and management by AssetLaunch to ensure compliance with these Terms and to facilitate secure and legitimate engagements.
If a dispute arises between users, or between a user and AssetLaunch, all parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through informal negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
AssetLaunch provides a platform to facilitate discovery and connection, but does not guarantee that any Candidate will be engaged, nor that any Client will find a suitable resource. AssetLaunch assumes no responsibility for the success, quality, or outcome of any engagement.
Users are solely responsible for verifying qualifications, agreeing to terms, and managing commercial relationships following any introduction facilitated by AssetLaunch.
If you submit content to the platform, including but not limited to feedback, testimonials, or ratings, you grant AssetLaunch a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for operational, promotional, and analytical purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of others, is accurate, and does not contain defamatory or unlawful material.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
All materials and content on the AssetLaunch platform, including but not limited to design, logos, trademarks, text, software, and data architecture, are the exclusive property of AssetLaunch or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from AssetLaunch.
AssetLaunch reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the platform or email, and continued use of the platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
AssetLaunch shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, acts of government, or labour disputes.
By using AssetLaunch, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
